1. Booking deposit: Deposit equal to 50% of the rental fee is required
to secure booking.
2. Cancellation policy: Deposit will be refunded if booking is cancelled
more than 120 days
prior to arrival date.
Deposit will be refunded in full if booking is cancelled less than 120 days
AND
the the period of time can be rebooked,
otherwise you will forfeit 100% of the deposit.
3. Utility Charges:
Heat and electricity
are extra. They are charged on a per-unit basis and paid on departure.
4. Balance of Payment: Paid on departure.
